My game currently has a bug where the tribute in war is reversed, the kingdom I am part of (Aserai) are winning the war against the Western Empire, but in the diplomacy menu it shows that if peace was declared we would be paying tribute to them. I even tested this, I captured a castle and the tribute increased by 500 per day my caravans take a while but they get up to about 1.5k on avg after they start turning profit. 2k on a good day, 1k on a bad one. 0 when they get captured T.T. They're just generally garbage. The only reliable income is through looting and trading (auto trader mod preferred). Smithing is not as profitable as it once was unless you focus on it.
