I think just rearsets and a suspension setup would have the match much closer. The rearsets are one of the main reasons why I have the MT-10, they were just too high for comfort on the Speed Triple R and i returned it to the dealer within half an hour with a numb leg and sore butt. The MT-10 has done 300+ miles in a day with minimal discomfort. A buddy of mine is selling both a 2022 Duke 890 R, and a 2022 MT 09 SP. 10k for the duke with 1k miles 250 miles on the Yamaha for 10.8k. Both a great price. I own a duke 390 currently, I’m leaning towards the duke 890r for price and because I know KTM,but purchasing a Japanese made bike is very appealing.
