Only doing a few thousand miles each year, I don't believe the oil matters a lot as long as it meets the Ford specs. Just think about how well the engine is doing after 150000 miles

OEM zetec valve clearance is .004"-.007" intake and .011"-.013" exhaust. You are begging for trouble with that 'Cosworth' exhaust setting. .18 mm. is only maybe .007", or too close. The exhaust valves will stretch easily .005" hot putting you at that .002" or nothing figure, burn valve city.

Today I actually went to a mechanic I know here, showed him the diagram in the Ford manual, where the "engine" code supposed to be, he immediately pointed out the same place with numbers that was found yesterday by the DMV techs, and said that is the only one. The first number on the engine block (see 1st post & pics) should be it.
